Our charitable purposes are to:

  • Support education, dialogue, and peaceful community relations
  • Empower individuals and communities for public benefit

Our work benefits the public, particularly individuals and communities affected by racial, religious, or social inequality. All activities are delivered for public benefit.

We operate primarily in the United Kingdom, with some activities delivered in partnership with international organisations where this supports our charitable purposes.

The charity is governed by an independent Board of Trustees responsible for strategic oversight, legal compliance, and the proper use of charitable funds. Day-to-day operations are managed by an Executive Leadership Team.

Yes. We welcome volunteers who support our charitable activities. All volunteer roles are unpaid and supervised in line with safeguarding and governance standards.

Where appropriate, we engage international volunteers to contribute specialist skills and lived experience that support our charitable objectives. All such engagement complies with UK immigration and charity regulations.

We maintain robust safeguarding, equality, and inclusion policies, and we are committed to creating safe, respectful, and inclusive environments for all participants.

We use a structured monitoring and evaluation framework and publish regular reports to demonstrate accountability, learning, and public benefit.
